“The Gryphon Greenhouse” is an initiative to revolutionize sustainability at the University of Guelph. From a place of understanding, empowerment and community, The Gryphon Greenhouse aims to foster environmental sustainability as a personal value within every single person on campus.
"A greenhouse nurtures plants by putting them in an environment that optimizes their growth - and that is exactly what inspired The Gryphon Greenhouse. We are creating an environment on campus that will help increase awareness, knowledge, care and action towards personal and institutional sustainability. By planting stories, insights and perspectives, we hope every Gryphon sprouts Guelph into a more environmentally-conscious community."
